1. PROCESSING TIME
1) Normally, orders after payment will be ready for shipment within 24 working hours. When there is a holiday or weekend, there may be a slight delay.
2. SHIPPING COST
1) Free shipping worldwide for orders over $50 USD.
2) For orders under $50, the shipping cost depends on the weight, size (volume weight), delivery area and shipping company, please contact our online customer service for details.
2) StarlightScrubs is currently shipped using express or special shipping lines, the current average shipping time anywhere in the US about 2-4 business days

4. IMPORTANT NOTES
1) Goods not subject to customs duties
For some EU countries, such as UK, France, Italy, Germany, etc. We may choose some duty-free channels for shipping. The shipping declaration value we will write lower than the actual value.
Normally, most of the items on our website can be shipped to most countries in the world. However, different shipping methods may have different restrictions on delivery locations. For example, so far only EMS is available, but other shipping methods such as DHL, UPS cannot reach. In this case, our customer service staff will give you some guidance.
2) Customs duties
When buying goods from other countries, it is the responsibility of every buyer to pay customs duties.
Some countries may require a tax ID for shipment and in order to pass through customs in these countries you must add the customer's tax ID to the shipping label.

3) Phone number

If your address is a remote location, an additional remote location fee will apply.
